THANK YOU. >>SCOTT DOSICK : TRUSTEE GRANT? >>MICAH GRANT : NO REPORT. >>SCOTT DOSICK : TRUSTEE HEREDIA? >>SUSAN HEREDIA: FIRST OF ALL, IT WAS REALLY GREAT TO SEE EVERYBODY IN PERSON YESTERDAY AT THE PRESS CONFERENCE WITH THE COUNCIL WITH AN UST IN TERMS OF THE COVID-19 TESTING. I THINK WE HAVE SEEN A CHILD THERE FOR MONTHS. IT WAS GREAT TO SEE. ALSO REALLY PROUD OF THE PARTNERSHIP THAT WAS ESTABLISHED THERE. THE SECOND THING IS, WE ARE GETTING A LOT OF QUESTIONS ABOUT THE START OF SCHOOL AND WE ARE BUILDING A A LOT OF QUESTIONS ABOUT THE START OF SCHOOL. AND I KNOW WE ARE STILL KIND OF ÃWE ARE STILL TRYING TO FIGURE THAT OUT. HOWEVER, I WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW I PARTICIPATED IN A ROUNDTABLEDISCUSSION WITH A FEW OTHER TRUSTEES . WE WENT FROM SAN JUAN AND THE OTHER FROM WOODLAND. AND THEY ARE STRUGGLING, IT SEEMS, ALMOST WITH THE EXACT SAME ISSUES WE ARE IN TERMS OF THE SCHEDULE. AND LESSONS LEARNED THAT WE LEARN IN TERMS OF DOING DISTANCE LEARNING OVER THE PAST MONTHS AND WHERE WE GO FROM THERE. ANYWAY, ALWAYS GOOD TO HEAR FROM OTHER BOARD MEMBERS FROM OTHER DISTRICTS. JUST TO GET INSIGHTS. IT LETS US KNOW WE ARE ALL ABOUT ON THE SAME PAGE. TAKE YOU. >>SCOTT DOSICK : TRUSTEE KAPLAN? >>LISA KAPLAN : I WANT TO DITTO TRUSTEE HEREDIA COMMENTS IN REGARDS TO THE PRESS CONFERENCE YESTERDAY AND THINK STAFF FOR OPENING NATOMAS UNIFIED AS A NEW TESTING SITE. I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT AND ALL THE WORK THEY ARE DOING IN THAT ROUND. AND THEN I WOULD WANT TO BRING UP, AS I BROUGHT UP LAST YEAR, THAT I WOULD LIKE JUNE TO BE RECOGNIZED IN A CELEBRATION FOR PRIDE MONTH, IF WE CAN DO THAT AS WE MOVE FORWARD. AND TAKE THAT UP FOR NEXT YEAR. THAT'S IT. >>SCOTT DOSICK : THANK YOU. I WILL ECHO BOTH OF THE COMMENTS. IT WAS VERY NICE TO ACTUALLY SEE ADULTS YESTERDAY. SOCIAL DISTANCE. MY COMPLEMENT, I BELIEVE GO TO MR. DOUG ORR ON THE MASKS WE WERE ABLE TO WEAR. NOT ONLY DID THEY LOOK GOOD, THEY WERE DEFINITELY MY COLOR PALETTE. BUT ALSO THE QUALITY, THE FEEL, THE FACT THEY ARE ADJUSTABLE. SO GOOD JOB ON THAT, DOUG. THEY ARE. YOU ARE ON MY TOP RIGHT. NICE JOB ON THAT. AND I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO ÃI HOPE THAT NEXT YEAR WE CAN CALENDAR TRYING TO MAKE A NOTE TO MAKE IT LGBT MONTH AND SEE [Item X B] WHAT WE CAN DO TO SUPPORT THAT. ND SO WITH THAT, SUPERINTENDENT EVANS, ANY REPORT. >>CHRIS EVANS : WE ARE CLOSING OUR DISTRICT OFFICE FOR TWO WEEKS AND SOME CHANGE STARTING FRIDAY. RIGHT, CHRISTINA? >> YES. >>CHRIS EVANS : YOU MIGHT SEE PEOPLE IN AND OUT WORKING ON OUR CALENDARS, BUT THIS WILL BE THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO ALTERNATE TIME OFF TO GET SOME REST. THERE WILL STILL BE WORKED BEHIND THE SCENES, BUT THE STAFF HAS WORKED VERY HARD. AND VERY THANKFUL FOR THEM SO NO BOARD COMMUNICATIONS, REGULAR COMMUNICATIONS UNLESS IT IS AN EMERGENCY, FOLKS ARE SHUTTING DOWN WHILE AT THE SAME TIME STILL PLANNING BEHIND THE SCENES FOR THE RESTART AS WE HEAD INTO 2020/2021. VERY GRATEFUL TO THE TRUSTEES. WHEN WE FIRST SPOKE ABOUT HAVING A COVID-19 TESTING SITE AS PART OF OUR PLAN FOUR WEEKS AGO, IT WAS A LONG SHOT. AND NOW IT IS A REALITY AND ALREADY ALMOST BOOKED TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE AND WE ARE ALREADY TALKING WITH OUR PARTNERS ABOUT ADDING MORE TIME, DATES AND TESTS. SO I THINK IT GOES TO HOW MUCH OUR COMMUNITY IT'S INTERESTED IN THAT.S WELL AS WHAT AN OPPORTUNITY FOR STUDENTS AND FAMILIES TO BE TESTED AS WE HEAD INTO THE SCHOOL YEAR AND MAKE SURE THEY CAN START THE SCHOOL YEAR FEELING SAFE AND SECURE. AS WELL AS OUR STAFF. THIS WAS SOMETHING THAT WAS IMPORTANT. I WILL BE REMISS IF I DIDN'T THINK SACRAMENTO COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH AGAIN FOR WORKING WITH US. [00:10:03] WEATHERBY ATHLETICS, ORIGINAL SCHOOL CLOSURE OR COVID-19 TESTING SITE. THEY HAVE CONTINUOUSLY BEEN SUPPORTIVE OF US. THEIR JOB IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE AND THEY ALWAYS PICK UP AND ANSWER THE PHONE ONLY TEXT OR CALL. SO THANK YOU. AND THANK YOU TO ANGELIQUE ASHBY IN MAKING SURE THIS IS A STRONG PARTNERSHIP THE CITY IS PROVIDING GLOVES AND HAND SANITIZER AND SUPPLIES WE NEED. WE ARE PROVIDING THE ROOM AND TIME FOR STAFF TO CONTINUE CONTRIBUTE TO THIS.T TRULY IS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF DEFINITELY BETTER TOGETHER. I KNOW I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO ADD LEAST A WEEK OFF AND SO IS EVERYONE ELSE ON THE SCREEN OF THEIR. TRUSTEES, YOU NEED TO TAKE THE TWO WEEKS OFF TOO. THIS HAS TO GO DOWN AS ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT YEARS. IS NOT JUST A TRUSTEE, BUT AS PEOPLE. AND YOUR EXPECTATION TO LEAD, YOU HAVE TO BE TIRED. TAKE SOME TIME. THE PUBLIC COMMENT HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO THE ENTIRE BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND APPROPRIATE STAFF THE SPECIFICS OF THE PUBLIC, WILL BE RECORDED IN THE MINUTES. >>SCOTT DOSICK :EXCELLENT . >> PRESIDENT DOSICK , IF YOU WOULD, I DON'T KNOW IFTHIS [Item XII (Part 1 of 2)] WOULD HELP OR NOT . STAFF WOULD NOT BE OPPOSED IF THERE WAS A MOTION AND A SECOND TO TAKE THE PRESENTATION AND MOVE IT TO THE END SO ALL THE IMPORTANT ACTION ITEMS COULD TAKE PLACE. SO IF TRUSTEE GRANT NEEDS TO GET WELL AND TAKE SOME REST, STAFF CAN CATCH HIM UP ON THAT. BUT I AM JUST THE SECRETARY SO I DON'T GET A CHANCE TO MAKE ANY OF THOSE MOTIONS. JUST FOOD FOR THOUGHT. >>LISA KAPLAN : I MAKE A MOTION TO MOVE THE PRESENTATION TRANSPORTATION TO THE VERY END SO WE CAN TAKE OF ACTION ITEMS. >> SECOND. THANK YOU. AND I BELIEVE WE HAVE ANGELA OUR CHIEF ACADEMIC OFFICER. WELCOME TO YOUR FIRST ZOOM BOARD MEETING.> THANK YOU VERY MUCH. >> SO TONIGHT WE WERE REALLY JUST BE WALKING THROUGH SOME OF THE HIGHLIGHTS OF THE REOPENING ATHLETICS PLAN SO THERE WON'T BE A PRESENTATION WITH SLIDES. GOING TO HAVE DAN WALK US THROUGH THOSE HIGHLIGHTS AND TALK ABOUT THE DIFFERENT PHASES. >> THANK YOU, ANGELA. GOOD EVENING EVERYONE. I WANT TO GO OVER LIKE ANGELA SAID SOME HIGHLIGHTS. WITH SOME HIGHLIGHTS OF OUR FAITH 012 PLAN. AND SO IN DEVELOPING THIS PHASE 1 AND TWO PLAN, IS SUPPORT PILLAR SIX OF OUR SUCCESSFUL REOPENING OF SCHOOLS PLAN, WHICH I GETTING KIDS THAT CONNECTED TO SCHOOL IN A NEW ENVIRONMENT. JUST AS A REMINDER, SINCE SCHOOL CLOSURE HAPPENED IN MARCH, OUR STUDENT ATHLETES HAVE NOT BEEN PARTICIPATING IN ANY ORGANIZED SPORTS AND SO WE VIEWED THIS PLAN IS REALLY IMPORTANT TO GET BACK TO PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH FOR OUR STUDENTS. THIS PLAN WAS CREATED WITH A LOT OF DIFFERENT SOURCES IN LINE UTILIZING CIF GUIDELINES AS WELL AS SACRAMENTO COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT GUIDELINES. WE DID SEEK INPUT FROM THE SACRAMENTO COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT ON OUR PLAN. THEY HAD NO ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS FORUS , WHICH IS GREAT NEWS. I THINK IT IS A VERY THOUGHTFUL PLAN. SO ESSENTIALLY THE THREE PHASES OF THE PLAN, THOSE PLANS DON'T HAVE A FOES THEY ZERO. THOSE ARE OUR BACKGROUND ADMINISTRATIVE PLANET ACTIONS TO GET US READY FOR CLEANLINESS AND PLANNING. PHASE 1 WOULD GET IS ESSENTIALLY INTO A RETURN TO CONDITIONING FOR ALL ATHLETICS. IT IS NOT GOING TO LOOK LIKE FULL SPORTS, AS WE MIGHT [00:20:01] TRADITIONALLY THINK OF PHASE 1 GETS US INTO CONDITIONING. GET OUR KIDS BACK INTO THE CAMPUS INTO SMALL GROUPS DIFFERENT SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING TAKEN PLACE. IF APPROVED WE COULD START AS EARLY GETTING INTO PHASE 1 IS MONDAY THE 27. SO WE LOOK FORWARD TO THAT POSSIBILITY. AND IN PHASE 2 OF THE PLAN IS A PHASE WE BUILT IN AS WE MONITOR OUR HR PROGRAMS IS DOING WE LOOK TO IF THINGS ARE WHEN WILL WE CAN MOVE TO PHASE ONE INTO PHASE 2. PHASE 2 IS NOT MUCH DIFFERENT THAN PHASE 1. WE CAN MOVE A PROGRAM INTO PHASE 2 IF THEY ARE SHOWING SELF-DISCIPLINE NECESSARY AND SAFETY NECESSARY TO BE ABLE TO MOVE INTO STEP TWO, WHICH WOULD BE A STEP CLOSER TO A PHASE 3, WHICH WE DO NOT YET HAVE TOGETHER. BECAUSE AS CONDITIONS CHANGE WE WILL LOOK FOR GUIDANCE FROM THE COUNTY HEALTH AS WELL AS THE CIF MOVING INTO A MORE TRADITIONAL ANALYTICS PIECE. THESE ARE NECESSARY STEPS WE NEED TO TAKE TO PAVE THEROAD , FOUNDATIONS OF THE ROAD FOR HOPEFULLY GETTING BACK TO TRADITIONAL ATHLETICS. SO THOSE ARE AN OVERVIEW OF THE THREE DIFFERENT PHASES AND WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE. AGAIN, TIMELINE WISE THE PENDING APPROVAL WE WOULD LIKE TO GET STARTED ON THE 22ND. WITH PHASE 1. >> WHAT QUESTIONS DO YOU GUYS HAVE FOR US? OR COMMENTS. >>SCOTT DOSICK : QUESTION OR COMMENTS? TRUSTEE GRANT. >>MICAH GRANT : JUST A QUICK COMMENT. I WANT TO THANK AND AND DAN. I KNOW THEY PUT A LOT OF WORK BEHIND THIS. WE HAD A THOUSAND QUESTIONS WHEN HE FIRST PRESENTED THIS AND WE ASKED 1010. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH. WE REALLY APPRECIATE IT. GOOD PLAN. >>SCOTT DOSICK : TRUSTEE VEINS? >>JAG BAINS: SIMILAR COMMENTS. IS VERY IMPRESSED BY THE DOCUMENT. TODAY GO TO OUR PUBLIC AS A MITIGATION YET OR HAVE WE NOT SHARE? I DON'T REMEMBER. >> THE FIRST DRAFT WE DID PUT OUT AND SHARE HER IN THIS HAS BEEN POSTED ON OUR AGENDA SINCE FRIDAY. SO I THINK SIX DAYS NOW, SEVEN DAYS NOW. WE ARE WAITING TO COMMUNICATE PENDING BOARD APPROVAL. >> THANK YOU. NUMBER QUESTIONS. >>SCOTT DOSICK : TRUSTEE HEREDIA? P6 NO QUESTIONS. I APPRECIATE HAVING THE OPPORTUNITY TO TALK WITH DAN AND ANGELA TO GET CLARIFICATION ON SOME OF THE ITEMS THAT WERE IN THE DOCUMENT. THAT WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ADVANCE OF THIS MEETING. AND I'M ANXIOUS TO MOVE FORWARD ON THIS PLAN. AND GET KIDS IN SPORTS AGAIN. THANK YOU. >>SCOTT DOSICK : TRUSTEE KAPLAN , ANYTHING? >>SUSAN HEREDIA: ISSUE FROZEN? >>SCOTT DOSICK : FROZEN AND MUTATED.I WILL JUST EXPRESS MY THANKS TO ANGELA, DAN AND EVERYONE THAT HAS BEEN WORKING ON THIS. THIS BOARD HAS ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION CONFIRMED ITS COMMITMENT AND HOW MANY OF OUR STUDENTS AND FAMILIES THIS IS A VITAL PART OF THE COMMUNITY THE CONNECTION THEY FEEL FOR A LOAN OF OUR KIDS, IT'S THE MAIN REASON WHY THEY WANT TO COME TO SCHOOL. AND SO GREATLY APPRECIATE THE THOUGHTFULNESS, THE COORDINATION WITH THE COUNTY. THE FACT THE COUNTY LOOKED AT THIS AND HAD , IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY, HE SAID THIS IS GREAT. IS DOING EVERYTHING WE CAN TO PROTECT STUDENT HEALTH WHILE STILL ALLOWING PHASE 0 MOVING TO PHASE 1. STARTING THE MORE ORGANIZED SOCIALLY DISTANT HEALTHY GATHERING. I SEE YOU ARE BACK.ID YOU HAVE ANYTHING YOU WANTED TO ADD? >>LISA KAPLAN : I JUST WANT TO THANK STAFF. I KNOW IT IS THE LITTLE THINGS, THE MINOR DETAILS AS WEDO IT. TAKING CARE OF OUR KIDS . THEY GET ENOUGH WATER AND DON'T JUST EXPECT TO BRING THEIR OWN WATER BOTTLE AND WE MAKE SURE THAT WE HAVE TIME AND SPACE BUILT IN TO TAKE THEIR TEMPERATURE AFTER THEY COOL DOWNGETTING THE PRACTICE . BECAUSE MANY WON'T HAVE VEHICLES AND WILL HAVE TO [00:25:04] POTENTIALLY RIDE THEIR BIKES. JOB WELL DONE. >>SCOTT DOSICK : UNLESS THERE IS ANYTHING ELSE STAFF WOULD LIKE TO ADD, > I MAKE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE PHASE 01 AND TWO RETURNED ATHLETICS PLAN FOR 2020/2021. >> SECOND. >>SCOTT DOSICK : MOVED BY KAPLAN , SECOND BY BAINS . I'M GOING TO MAKE SURE WE CAN RECORD EVERY VOTE TAKEN. AGAIN, THANK YOU. DAN, GREAT TO SEE YOU. ANGELA, AS ALWAYS, GREAT JOB. >> GO GET WORKING AND MAKE SURE THE COACHES HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND THINGS GET ROLLING ON MONDAY. NO PRESSURE. [Item XIV E] >>SCOTT DOSICK : MOVING ON TO EITAN E. MOVING ON TO ITEM F, APPROVED [Item XIV F] TITLE I SCHOOL STATUS FOR INCOME PARK WITH THE RANCH, HL AND HEIGHT ANDDISCOVERY. ANY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS ? >> NO. THANKS FOR BEING AVAILABLE FOR QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS BOARD ITEM. AND WITH THAT I MOVE APPROVAL. >>SCOTT DOSICK : LOOKING FOR A SECOND. >> SECOND. >>SCOTT DOSICK : MOVED BY HEREDIA, SECOND BY BAINS . BAINS. >> AYE. >> GRANT. >> BAINS. [Item XIV G] >> TRUSTEE HEREDIA. >> AYE. >> TRUSTEE KAPLAN. >> AYE. >> TRUSTEE DOSICK .YE. MOTION CARRIES 5/0. MOVING ON TO EITAN G, PRESENT AND IMPROVE AMENDMENT TO FACILITY USE AGREEMENT DUE TO COVID-19. I BELIEVE WE HAVE DEPUTY Ã PRESENT AND IMPROVE. >> BRIEF PRESENTATION. >>SCOTT DOSICK : SUPERINTENDENT JAVETTE CLEVELAND .>> CAN HEAR ME? >>SCOTT DOSICK : YES. >> SO THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO OUR FACILITY USE YOU TO OUR UNPRECEDENTED ISSUE WITH COVID-19. >>SCOTT DOSICK : IT LOOKS LIKE YOUR MOUSE CURSOR. >> THERE WE GO. CAN YOU SEE NOW? FIRST, THE OBJECTIVE IS TO SHARE CURRENT FACILITY USE INFORMATION AND THEN WE WILL BE REQUESTING BOARD APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO OUR FACILITIES USE AGREEMENT DUE TO COVID-19. I LIST HERE OUR BOARD POLICY. >> I'M SORRY TO INTERRUPT YOU, YOUR SCREEN IS NOT SHARING CORRECTLY I HAVE YOUR PRESENTATION AS WELL . IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PUMP OFF I CAN SHARE THE SCREEN. >> OKAY. I MENTIONED THE OBJECTIVE. >>SCOTT DOSICK : IS TO SHARE CURRENT FACILITY USE INFORMATION AND THE SECOND IS JUST THE REQUEST BOARD APPROVAL OF OUR AMENDMENT TOFACILITIES USE AGREEMENT DUE TO COVID-19 . WE LIST OUR BOARD POLICY THAT GOVERNS OUR FACILITY USE AND ALSO THE TYPE OF FACILITY USE WE GET REQUESTS FOR IN THE DISTRICT AND THAT IS JUST ONE MONTHS OF FACILITY USE AS YOU CAN SEE THERE. [00:30:05] NEXT SLIDE. SO WE HAVE GUIDANCE FOR FACILITY USE WE WANT TO SHARE RID ONE WOULD BE THE ALLOWABLE GATHERINGS PROVIDED BY THE COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH APPENDIX B OF THE DOCUMENT LISTS THOSE ALLOWABLE GATHERINGS. THERE ARE TWO GATHERINGS THAT REALLY IMPACT OUR FACILITY USE. ONE WOULD BE CHILDCARE DAYCARE, WHICH WE HAVE NO REQUEST FOR PERMITS FOR CHILD CARE DAYCARE. AND THEN RELIGIOUS CULTURAL RELIGIOUS SERVICES.IGHT NOW IN CHANGE 25 PERCENT OF BUILDING CAPACITY OR 100 ATTENDEES IS THE REQUIREMENT, WHICHEVER IS LOWER.AND OTHER GUIDANCE OF BE THE COVID-19 GUIDANCE FOR SCHOOL-BASED PROGRAMS. THE COVID-19 CDE HAVE REALLY PLACED THE FACILITIES ON THE SCHOOL DISTRICT TO DETERMINE WHETHER THEY ALLOW USE OR NOT. AS INDICATED OTHER GUIDELINE, ENSURE EXTERNAL COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS THAT USE THE FACILITIES FOR ALSO FOLLOW THE SCHOOL, HEALTH AND SAFETY PLANS AND THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH GUIDANCE. SO THAT'S WHAT THE REGULATION IS AND THAT'S THE PROCESS WE ARE IN NOW. WE ARE ALSO REQUIRING FACILITY USERS TO MEET THE GUIDELINES FROM THE CDC RELATED TO SANITATION, WHICH WOULD BE THE DISTRICT RESPONSIBILITY TO CLEAN THE FACILITIES BEFORE AND AFTER USE. AND THEN SOCIAL DISTANCING AND FACEMASKS, WHICH WILL BE THE DISTRICT RESPONSIBILITY. NEXT SLIDE. EDUCATION CODE IS LISTED HERE, WHICH STATES THE DISTRICTS SHALL ALLOW USE BY FACILITIES NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS OR CLUBS ASSOCIATION IT ORGAIZED TO PROMOTE YOUTH IN SCHOOL ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT NECESSARILY LIMITED TO THE GIRL SCOUTS OR BOY SCOUTS CAMPFIRE. SO THE STATES DISTRICT SHALL. HOWEVER, DUE TO THE PANDEMIC WE HAVE TO LOOK AT THE COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH GUIDELINES FOR USE. AND OTHER TYPES ORGANIZATIONS THE DISTRICTS MAY ALLOW THE ROOTS OF THE DISTRICT WILL DETERMINE WHAT EXTENT OF ORGANIZATIONS CAN SAFELY BE UTILIZED ON OUR SITES AND CAMPUSES AND THEN WE WILL ALSO MAKE SURE THOSE ORGANIZATIONS FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES FROM SACRAMENTO COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH. SO THE AGREEMENT WE ARE ASKING THE BOARD TO APPROVE HIS AMENDMENT TO OUR FACILITY USE AGREEMENT JUST FOR COVID-19 DURING THIS PERIOD OF TIME. ITAPPLIES TO ALL USER GROUPS . ON THE KITE ITEMS IN THE AGREEMENT IS THERE IS TO THE DISTRICT. AND THAT INDEMNIFICATION ENSURES THE DISTRICT IS HELD HARMLESS RELATED TOILLNESSES , INFECTIONS OR ANY NONCOMPLIANCE WITH THE SACRAMENTO PUBLIC HEALTH GUIDELINES. IT ALSO INCREASES THE FACILITIES DUE TO THE ADDITIONAL SANITIZATION THAT WILL BE REQUIRED. AND THEN IT REQUIRES USERS TO SIGN AND CERTIFY THAT THE ORGANIZATION WILL LIVE HERE TO ALL THE RULES RELATED TO THE SACRAMENTO COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH AND THE CDC GUIDELINES. THIS AGREEMENT WILL PROTECT THE DISTRICT AS WE MOVE FORWARD AS THINGS ARE OPENING UP. AND SO WE WILL. REQUESTING WE MOVE APPROVAL. ANY QUESTIONS REPORT? >>SCOTT DOSICK : ANY COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS FROM TRUSTEES? >> MOVE APPROVAL OF THE AMENDMENT TO THE FACILITY AGREEMENT DUE TO COVID-19. >> SECOND. >> MOVED BY KAPLAN , SECOND BY HEREDIA. BAINS. >> AYE. >> GRANT. >> AYE. >> HEREDIA. >> AYE. >> KAPLAN . MORE TIME. KAPLAN . >> SHE IS FROZEN. >> DOSICK , AYE. SHE IS GIVING A THUMBS UP VIDEO. I GUESS WE WILL COUNT THAT ÃWE HAVE VIDEO BUT NOT AUDIO. WE WILL CALL IT 5/0 BUT WE WILL CHECK WITH LEGAL COUNSEL TO MAKE SURE IT IS GOOD. THANK YOU. AND THANK YOU FOR WORKING ON THIS AND BRINGING THIS. I THINK IT IS AGAIN STRIKING THE PERFECTBALANCE WE ARE [00:35:02] LOOKING FOR RIGHT NOW AND TRYING TO BE ACCESSIBLE TO THE COMMUNITY AND PROVIDE THE RESOURCES AND ENSURE SAFETY FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED. EXCELLENT WORK, THANK YOU. [Items XII (Part 2 of 2) & XV] AND SINCE I WILL NOW GO BACK TO PRESENTATION ÃI CAN'T REMEMBER THE AGENDA ITEMS FOR TRANSPORTATION DURING COVID-19 GUIDELINES >>SCOTT DOSICK : ITEM A, TRANSPORTATION UPDATE. MR. ORR . >> WILL BE EXITING THE MEETING. THANK YOU ALL FOR THE UNDERSTANDING. >> GOOD EVENING. THANK YOU VERY GLAD TO BE WITH YOU ALL.AND FOR EVERYONE WATCHING. WE WANTED TO GIVE YOU AN UPDATE ON WHAT OUR TRANSPORTATION LOOKS LIKE AS OF NOW ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, BUT AS OF NOW UNDER COVID-19 GUIDELINES. >> DOUG, IS THAT YOUR SCREEN OR CHRISTINA'S? >>DOUG ORR: IT IS CHRISTINA. >> IF THERE IS ANY WAY YOU CAN SLIDE THAT OVER WERE OFF THE PHOTOS. WE CAN'T SEE THE WHOLE PRESENTATION. >> I CAN SEE IN. >> IT IS NOT ON THE LINE VIDEO. >> WHEN IN DOUBT WE SHARE THE SCREEN. >> BETTER? >> THERE IN. >> DO YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO HIDE THE VIDEO? >> FLY LIKE THE WIND. >>DOUG ORR: TWO OBJECTIVES, WE ARE GOING TO SHARE THE GUIDELINES WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN AND ALSO WITH THE IMPACT OF THOSE GUIDELINES ARE IN TORBA AND I WILL BE ASKING FOR SOME FEEDBACK AND DIRECTION MOVING FORWARD. NEXT SLIDE, PLEASE.THIS IS HOW WE PLAN. TALK ABOUT WHAT WE CAN NORMALLY DO OUR CAPACITY AND THEN WE APPLY SOME THE GUIDELINES WE ARE GIVEN AND WE WILL SEE WHAT THE ADJUSTED CAPACITY IS. LOOKING AT OUR MANDATED NEEDS, SPECIAL EDUCATION OR MANDATED TRANSPORTATION NEEDS. AND SEE WHAT ELSE IS AVAILABLE THE ONSET ARE GOING TO TALK TO YOU ABOUT A COUPLE OPTIONS. ASKED CLYDE, PLEASE. WE PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION. WE ALSO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE AT NATOMAS MIDDLE FOR GENERAL ED. WE DO CTE FOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION TRADES, PROGRAMS. ALSO DO LGA, SOME THERE. BOTH FOR GENERAL ED. IN TOTAL IT IS ABOUT 700 STUDENTS WE DID LAST YEAR FOR GENERAL ED. WE HAVE HAD A SHORTAGE OF BUS DRIVERS FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS SHOULD WE HAVE VACANCIES FOR MULTIPLE YEARS. AND WE CONSOLIDATED ROUTES RECENTLY WHICH ALLOWED US TO COLLAPSE SOME OF THOSE ROUTES AS PART OF THE BUDGET SAVINGS WE TALKED ABOUT A COUPLE WEEKS AGO. NEXT SLIDE, PLEASE.A LITTLE BIT OF CONTEXT BEFORE YOU.WE HAVE ABOUT 10 LARGE BUSES AND ON AVERAGE THEY HOLD ABOUT 78 STUDENTS. UNDER THE GUIDELINES THAT HAVE BEEN SHARED BY THE PUBLIC HEALTH SACRAMENTO COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH, WHICH IS AS A STUDENT COULD SIT ONE PROCEED. WE NEED TO SKIP EVERY OTHER SEAT. THAT WOULD TAKE US DOWN TO 13, WHICH IS 1/6 OF OUR NORMAL CAPACITY. IF HE COULD GO TO THE I HAVE A VISUAL OF WHAT THAT LOOKS LIKE FOR YOU.AND HERE IS THE ACTUAL GUIDELINE, GUIDANCE TAKEN RIGHT OUT OF THE DOCUMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC RIGHT THERE SAYING ONE STUDENT PER EVERY OTHER. WHEN WE CALCULATE THAT OUT, IF YOU GO TO THE NEXT SLIDE, BASICALLY PRE-ALL IS WHAT ONE BUS COULD DO NOW WE WOULD NEED SIX. IF YOU CAN GO TO THE NEXT SLIDE. YOU CAN GO TO THE NEXT SLIDE. FORTUNATELY FOR US OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS THE TRUSTEES HAVE TAKEN ACTION TO TRANSITION TO SITES MANY OF OUR SCHOOLS. SMELL VAST MAJORITY OF STUDENTS IN OUR DISTRICT TO HAVE ACCESS TO A 6 TO 8 GRADES PROGRAM. IS NOT JUST NATOMAS MIDDLE SCHOOL. OR HARAN, AS WAS PREVIOUSLY TALKING SIX OR SEVEN YEARS AGO. NOW WE HAVE MULTIPLE PROGRAMS. AND THEN WHEN YOU CONSIDER THAT WE HAVE EVERGREEN IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO TWO RIVERS ETC., THERE ARE OPTIONS THROUGHOUT THE DISTRICT. PEOPLE DON'T NECESSARILY HAVE TO BE TRANSPORTED LIKE THEY DID IN PRIOR YEARS. SO GIVEN THAT SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES I SURE, IT WOULD TAKE ALL AVAILABLE BUSES AND [00:40:05] OUR DRIVERS TO TRANSPORT SPECIAL EDUCATION STUDENTS. ONE OF THE REASONS FOR THAT AS MANY OF OUR STUDENTS ARE MENTALLY FRAGILE OR HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS RELATING TO BE TRANSPORTED IN SOME OUR SMALLER BUSES WERE THEY HAVE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSORIES AND OTHER ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE IN THEIR TO MAKE SURE THOSE ARE SECURED AND STUDENTS ARE TRANSPORTED IN A WAY POSSIBLE. WE DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO PUT UP ANY KIND OF PLEXIGLASS OR STUFF IN THE BUS, THAT WOULD BE DANGEROUS IF THERE WAS AN ACCIDENT WHERE THEY CAN BREAK AND SHATTER. SO THAT IS NOT AN OPTION. SO WE CAN STILL DO CTE TRANSPORTATION.E FEEL BECAUSE IT DOES FOLLOW DIFFERENT TIMELINES AND WHEN WE ARE DOING MOST SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION. NATOMAS MIDDLE SCHOOL AND LGA IN MP3, AND SPOKEN TO ALL THREE OF THEIR LEADERS WHO THEY DID UNDERSTAND THIS WOULD PROBABLY BE COMING. WE TALK TO THEM ABOUT IF WE ARE ABLE TO OFFER SOME LEVEL OF TRANSPORTATION COULD BE STARTED TALK ABOUT WHAT THAT COULD LOOK LIKE. I WILL TALK TO YOU ABOUT THAT IN THE SECOND THROUGH THE OTHER THING TO NOTE IS FIELD TRIPS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED OF THESE GUIDELINES ANYWAY, LET ALONE FOR TRANSPORTATION SINCE IT WOULD BE VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO TAKE A FIELD TRIP WITH THE AMOUNT OF BUSES REQUIRED. NEXT SLIDE. SO LIKE I SAID BEFORE, IF WE WERE TO FOLLOW THE ONE STUDENT PER SEAT AND SKIP EVERY OTHER SEE, WE HAVE THE CAPACITY TO TRANSPORT SPECIAL EDUCATION AND EVEN THAT IS PRETTY TIGHT. WE ARE GOING TO HAVE TO ROUTE EVERYBODY AND PROBABLY WILL HAVE TO STRETCH TO MAKE THAT HAPPEN, BUT WE FEEL CONFIDENT WE CAN MAKE THAT HAPPEN. HOWEVER, IF WE MODIFY OUR GUIDELINE A LITTLE BIT AND WE HAVE QUITE A FEW MEDICAL STUDENTS IN SPECIAL EDUCATION THAT WE TRANSPORT. WE FOLLOW THE ONE STUDENT PER SEAT WILL AND THEN FOR THE REMAINDER OF STUDENTS MOVED TO ONE STUDENT PERSEAT , THAT WOULD FREE OF WHITE A BIT OF CAPACITY AND BY QUITE A BIT I MEAN THAT WOULD FREE UP ENOUGH FOR US TO OFFER ABOUT 1/3 OF WHAT WE WOULD HAVE DONELAST YEAR. TO BE TRANSPORTED 700 GENERAL EDUCATION STUDENTS LAST YEAR . WE THINK WE COULD DO ABOUT 200. SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 200 AND 250 STUDENTS, WHICH IS ABOUT 1/3 OF WHERE WE WERE LAST YEAR. IT IS SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED. IT WILL STILL BE A STRETCH, BUT AS OF RIGHT NOW WHERE WE ARE TODAY, LATE JUNE, AS WE START TO ROUTE KIDS AND WE ARE ASKING KIDS, WE FEEL LIKE WE COULD DO THAT LEVEL IF WE TAKE THAT OPTION. AND SO THIS IS WERE GOING TO ASK FOR FEEDBACK FROM TRUSTEES ON IF MODIFYING THAT GUIDELINE TO ALLOW FOR ONE STUDENT FOR ALL REMAINING SEATS AND ALSO LOOKING AT FAMILIES OPTING INTO THE TRANSPORTATION, DOING A SIGN UP FOR WHAT IS AVAILABLE ETC. FOR THE REMAINDER OF SEATS. >> TO CLARIFY, DOUG, IT WOULD ALSO COME WITH A WAIVER, I BELIEVE? >> YES, CORRECT. WE WOULD GET A WAIVER AND MAKE SURE PEOPLE ARE AWARE OF WHAT THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY ARE AGREEING TO DO AND PARTICIPATE IN.> I WANT TO SHARE A COUPLE THINGS, TRUSTEES. THERE ARE OPTIONS AND CHOICES. WE ARE NOT ASKING YOU TO TAKE ACTION TONIGHT BECAUSE THERE IS STILL MORE WORK TO BE DONE. IF YOU WOULD MIND TAKING THAT DOWN FROM THOSE THAT WE CAN SEE THE TRUSTEES. SO VERY DIFFERENT THAN ATHLETICS WHERE WE HAD ZERO, ONE AND TWO READY TO ROCK 'N' ROLL AN IMPORTANT MEETING WITH TIMING THAT WE THINK IT IS BETTER FOR YOU TO WEIGH IN AND GET THE BOARD PREP AND THE BOARD WORK. WITH TRANSPORTATION WE DON'T HAVE THE EXACT ANSWER TONIGHT. I KNOW AS OF TODAY CAROL SWANSON IS STILL WORKING ON SPECIAL EDUCATION TRANSPORTATION IN ROUTES WOULD WE KNOW AS STUDENTS MOVE IN AND OUT, AS WE ADOPT DIFFERENT PROGRAMS WE ALREADY HAVE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE TEACHERS ASSOCIATION FOR INDEPENDENT STUDY. I DON'T KNOW RIGHT NOW IN 15 PERCENT OF THE FAMILIES ARE INTERESTED IN THAT OF THOSE WHO DID THE SURVEY THROUGH THAT COULD SHRINK SOME BUCKS DOWN PARIS AND THERE ARE LOTS OF LAYERS OF COMPLICATION. WE ARE STUCK IN OUR HYBRID LEARNING RIGHT NOW TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO THAT. THAT WOULD AFFECT TRANSPORTATION. SO THERE ARE LOTS OF VARIABLES. BACK WHEN THIS ALL WENT DOWN IN MARCH, THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES PROVIDED RESOLUTION NUMBER 2007. WHAT THAT DOES IS GIVE THE SUPERINTENDENT AUTHORITY TO TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION TO RESPOND TO THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATHLETICS WAS A PART OF THAT. BUT WE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENGAGE YOU AND WE TOOK IT FOR. [00:45:05] TRANSPORTATION IS ONE OF THOSE ITEMS AS WELL. AND SINCE WE CANNOT BE READY TO DELIVER EXACTLY HOW MANY WE CAN BUS YET BECAUSE OF THE VERY ABILITIES AND PROGRAM STUDENTS ARE GOING TO CHOOSE AND MAKING SURE WE TAKE CARE OF ALL OUR STUDENTS WITH AN IEP, WHAT WE ARE ASKING FOR TONIGHT IS YOUR FEEDBACK. AND IN ESSENCE, I WILL USE A RESOLUTION TO MAKE THE FINAL DECISIONS. THIS IS PROBABLY OUR BEST CHANCE AGAIN BEFORE WE HAVE TO IN PARTICULAR LET MP3 KNOW. WHAT WE CAN OR CAN'T DO. ECAUSE THEY START EARLIER. LAST CHANCE TO HEAR FROM YOU BEFORE WE MAKE SOME FINAL DECISIONS. SO HENCE WHY WE ARE ASKING YOU FOR INPUT AND CHRISTINA WILL BE TAKING REALLY GOOD NOTES. >> THANK YOU, SUPERINTENDENT. TRUSTEES, THIS IS OUR OPPORTUNITY. COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS FOR DOUG AND TEAM? >> I HAVE A QUESTION. I THINK, DOUG, YOU SAID 1/3 OF THE STUDENTS, WE COULD ACCOMMODATE 1/3 OF THE STUDENTS THAT SPECIAL EDUCATION STUDENTS, IS THAT CORRECT? >> THAT IS OUR BEST ESTIMATE AT THIS TIME. >> OKAY. SO LET'S JUST SAY FOR SURE WE KNEW THAT WAS A GIVEN OF THAT THIRD. WHAT CRITERIA WILL YOU USE IN ORDER TO DETERMINE WHO GETS TO BE CONSIDERED FIRST FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES? WITHIN THAT GROUP? >> THAT IS SOMETHING WE WILL HAVE TO DETERMINE. SPACE WILL ULTIMATELY LET US KNOW HOW MANY CRITERIA WE MIGHT NEED TO APPLY, BUT WE COULD LOOK ATDISTANCE FROM SCHOOL . WHETHER OR NOT THEY WOULD HAVE TO CROSS A MAJOR FREEWAY AND THINGS LIKE THAT. YOU COULD ALSO LOOK AT FREE REDUCED LUNCH STATUS AND THINGS OF THAT NATURE. THOSE WOULD BE THE TOP CRITERIA. I HAVE LOOKED AROUND TO SEE IF OTHER SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND POSTED WE ARE KIND OF OUTFRONT RIGHT NOW, BUT WE ARE TALKING AS A GROUP TO TRY TO SEE WHAT THE GLITTERING FOR IT. >> IN YOUR COMMUNICATIONS WITH OTHER PEOPLE, DOES IT SEEM LIKE MOST DISTRICTS WILL CUT THEIR TRANSPORTATION? SO THEY MAY NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM OTHER THAN THE MANDATE FOR THE SPECIAL ED STUDENTS? >> I THINK THAT WILL HAPPEN. THINK A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE SCRAMBLING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO AT ALL. IT IS SUCH A DRASTIC CHANGE. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT 78 STUDENTS DOWN TO 13. IT IS JUST A SHELL OF ITS FORMER ABILITY. IN THE CONTEXT OF TRANSPORTATION WAS ROUGH FOR US BEFORE. JUST FILLING THE NEWS WE HAD PREVIOUSLY. >> OF THE QUESTION YOU SHOWED US THE RATIO OF HOW MANY BUSES, SIX BUSES TO WHAT WE COULD NORMALLY HAVE IN ONE LARGE BUS. IS THAT ALSO ÃI'M SURE YOU DID THIS BUT JUST FOR CLARIFICATION, IT TOOK INTO CONSIDERATION WE ALSO HAVE BANDS, CORRECT? >> WE DO HAVE QUITE A FEW BANDS. HOWEVER, IF YOU LOOK AT THE SOCIAL DISTANCING EVEN IF YOU DID ONE STUDENT PER SEAT, YOU WOULD BE TALKING ABOUT THREE OR FOUR IN A VAN. IF IT IS EVERY OTHER YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT TWO KIDS IN A VAN WITH THE DRIVER. >> WHEN WE LOOK AT THE COST OF OF GAS. THE BUSDRIVER COSTS, BUT IS PROBABLY A LARGE CONSIDERATION THEN. SO FEW STUDENTS COULD BE TRANSPORTED FOR VAN. >> WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE THE VANS TO TRY TO DO THE ONE OFF ASPORTATION FOR SOME OF OUR SPECIAL NEEDS STUDENTS. THAT WOULD BE GOING ON THE LONGER ROUTE SO IT WOULD FREE UP MORE BUS DRIVERS WHO COULD THEN DRIVE THE LARGER BUSES WERE MEDIUM-SIZED BUSES.NTIL WE SEE THE ROUTES AND GET THAT SQUARED AWAY, WE WON'T KNOW FOR SURE. >> OKAY. GREAT. THANKS. >> TRUSTEE DOSICK , BEFORE MY INTERNET DECIDES TO GO SPOT IT CAN WOULD LIKE TO ASK A COUPLE QUESTIONS IF POSSIBLE. DOUG, I'M VERY SUPPORTIVE OF THE DIRECTION AND ALL THE PLANNING THE DISTRICT IS DOING. MY QUESTION IS, HOW NIMBLE IS OUR PLANNING IF ÃLET'S SAY COME THE BEGINNIG OF SCHOOL THEY SAY KIDS CAN SIT NEXT TO EACH OTHER AS LONG AS THEY HAVE MASKS ON.>> IF THEY RELEASE THAT, WE WOULD DO WHAT IT TAKES TO STAY UP AND TRY TO REROUTE AND CONTACT FAMILIES TO START TRANSPORTING FOR IT BUT IT WILL TAKE A LITTLE WHILE. >> NIMBLE IS NOT THE RIGHT WORD. IT IS PRETTY TIME INTENSIVE TO DO THE ROUTES, BUT WE WOULD MOVE AS FAST AS WE COULD AND GET STUDENTS RIGHT BACK IN THE [00:50:04] BUSES WITH MASKS AS SOON AS WE COULD. >> WELL, I SUPPORT THE DIRECTION OF HOWEVER WE CAN MAXIMIZE USING THE BUSES AND KEEPING OUR STUDENTS AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE. WE HAD TO CUT GENERAL BUSING 10, 11 YEARS AGO. SO I AM SUPPORTIVE OF DEFINITELY LOOKING AT EXTENDING THE DISTANCES FROM SCHOOL AS TO WHO QUALIFIES. IF THAT IS ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS WE HAVE TO LOOK AT. UT I TRUST THE DIRECTION YOU GUYS ARE HEADING. >>SCOTT DOSICK : TRUSTEE BAINS , ANY COMMENTS? >>JAG BAINS: NO COMMENTS. I HAD TALKED TO DOUG AND IT SEEMS LIKE THIS IS BEING DRIVEN BY WHERE THE COUNTY IS GOING TO ALLOW US TO DO IN BETWEEN FOR DRIVERS AND THE RESTRICTIONS W HAVE TO DO . DOUG HAS PUT TOGETHER A GOOD PLAN. I THINK WE ARE GOING IN A GOOD DIRECTION. PREFERABLY GET AS MANY AS HE CAN TO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION. I LIKE THE IDEA OF HAVING THE WAIVER AND EVERY OTHER SEAT FOR THE STUDENTS WE POTENTIALLY WILL BE ALLOWED TO DO SO. OTHER THAN THAT, WE WILL WAIT FOR THE FINAL. THANK YOU. >> I HAVE GOT A QUESTION. HAVE TO TELL YOU, THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT MY FORTE. ROUTE PLANNING, JUST THINKING ABOUT IT IS GIVING ME A LITTLE BIT OF A MIGRAINE. THE SCENARIO I AM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT IN MY HEAD IS, BASED ON THE CRITERIA YOU IDENTIFIED, WHICH IAGREE WITH. DISTANCE FROM THE SCHOOL AND HAVING TO CROSS A FREEWAY . I THINK THOSE ARE THINGS TO BE LOOKING AT. WOULD IT THEN BE POSSIBLE OR LIKELY WE WOULD BE ABLE TO SERVE MULTIPLE SCHOOLS BASED ON THOSE CRITERIA WITH THE ROUTIN ? OR WE WOULD BE LOOKING AT ÃFOR EXAMPLE, IS IT POSSIBLE WE MIGHT BE ABLE TO PICK UP KIDS NEAR LIVE NEAR THE RIGHT GREEN BUT ATTEND NATOMAS MIDDLE. AND VICE VERSA. OR WOULD IT NOT WORK THAT WAY? >> I BELIEVE I UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING. AND YES. WE DO THAT NOW. THE BUSES ARE CRISSCROSSING THE DISTRICT AS IT IS. SO I WANT TO SAY YES. MY UNDERSTANDING IS YES. WE WOULD STILL BE MOVING STUDENTS FROM ONE AREA OF THE DISTRICT TO ANOTHER. >> IT IS NOT A SITUATION WHERE ONLY LEROY OR ONLY NATOMAS MIDDLE WOULD GET CAPACITY WE ARE COMING UP WITH. IT MIGHT BE ALL THREE OF THEM HAVE SOME SUBSET OF THAT. >> I SEE WHAT YOU ARE SAYING. WE HAVEN'T LANDED ON THAT, BUT THAT IS SOMETHING I HAVE BEEN LOOKING AT RECOMMENDING. ONCE WE SEE THE NUMBERS, ESPECIALLY IF WE APPLY WHAT WE ARE TALKING ABOUT, I THINK THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL. AND SPOKEN TO ALL THREE LEADERS AND TO GET FEEDBACK ON THAT BUT THEY HAVE SOME STUDENTS THAT WOULD BE MUCH MORE THAN EVERYONE CURRENTLY IN THE WERE MOST CONCERNED ABOUT MAKING SURE THOSE ISSUES WE BROUGHT UP THE ONES THAT WE ARE TRYING TO TACKLE. >>JAG BAINS: THUS THE ONLY REAL QUESTION I HAVE. I KNOW FROM TALKING TO YOU YOU ARE TAKING SAFETY VERY SERIOUSLY AND THESE ARE GOING TO BE THE CLEANEST BUSES IN THE HISTORY OF TRANSPORTATION. I APPRECIATE IT. THERE ARE NO GOOD OR EASY OPTIONS AT THIS POINT IT IS MAKING THE BEST OF AN INCREDIBLY TOUGH SITUATION. SO THANK YOU. >> THANK YOU FOR THE FEEDBACK. >> THERE IS NO ACTION ON THIS ITEM TONIGHT. THIS IS A PRESENTATION AN OPPORTUNITY FOR FEEDBACK PREPARED AND IF I AM NOT MISTAKEN, THIS IS THE LAST AGENDA ITEM FOR THE EVENING. SO IF THERE ARE NO FURTHER COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS, AGAIN, I WILL SAY PLEASE, STAFF, ENJOY YOUR TIME OFF. IT IS WELL DESERVED. AND I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU, IF NOT ON ZOOM HOPEFULLY IN REAL LIFE IN THE NOT-TOO-DISTANT FUTURE. AND WITH THAT, I WILL CALL THIS * This transcript was compiled from uncorrected Closed Captioning.
