[I. OPEN SESSION ] [V. CLOSED SESSION ] [VI. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION] [00:03:39] 5:48 P.M. COLLEEN, COULD YOU CALL THE ROLL, PLEASE? >> DOSSETT? >> PRESENT. >> GRANT? >> PRESENT. >> ALREADY A? >> PRESENT. >> HARDEN? >> PRESENT. >> MORA? >> PRESENT. >> COULD FOR ALL. >> ALL RIGHT. NO ACTION WAS [X. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA] TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION THIS EVENING, BUT BEFORE WE TIME FOR [XI.b. Natomas Teachers Association (NTA)] EACH ITEM TO 20 MINUTES. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A PUBLIC [00:05:01] COMMENT, PLEASE FILL OUT A PUBLIC COMMENT CARD AND HANDED TO THE ASSISTANT JUST OUTSIDE OF THE BOARD ROOM. AT THE CONCLUSION THE AGENDA. >> SO MOVED. >> MOVED BY TRUSTEE HARDEN, SECONDED BY >> SECOND >> TRUSTEE DOSICK. WOULD YOU CALL THE ROLL, PLEASE, HELENE? DOSICK? >> AYE. >> HARDEN? >> AYE. >> YES, SORRY. NO. NO. ALL RIGHT, MARA? YOU KNOW THAT I'VE BEEN DOING THIS A LONG TIME, RIGHT? STATE ACKNOWLEDGES WITH RESPECT TO THE LAND OF OUR CAMPUS IS ON TODAY WAS AND CONTINUES TO BE THE HOMELAND OF THE INDIGENOUS PEOPLES OF THE AREA. SPECIFICALLY THAT LARGER SACRAMENTO AREA AND IT'S RATHER SERVE AS A GATHERING AND COMMUNITIES. I ALSO WANT TO RECOGNIZE OUR FILIPINO MEMBERS IN NTA THIS MONTH, AND OUR PERS BEEN WITH THE DISTRICT FOR ALMOST 30 YEARS, AND IS CLOSE TO MANY OF OUR VETERAN TEACHERS, WHO ARE HERE, SOME OF THEM TONIGHT. BOTH AT THE SCHOOL SITE AND DISTRICTWIDE. THEY HAD TWO STUDENTS PLACED IN THEIR CLASSROOM ONE STUDENT OR ADDITIONAL SUPPORT TO IMPLEMENT THE BEHAVIOR PLAN FOR JUST ONE OF THE TWO STUDENTS. THEY WERE TOLD JUST TO KEEP COLLECTING DATA. AND THAT IN THE FUTURE, THE STUDENT WOULD BE TESTED OR MAY BE QUALIFIED FOR SEWER SERVICES. THE TEACHER. I EXPRESSED THAT THIS WAS URGENT, THAT THEY NEEDED SUPPORT BEYOND A CHECK IN, IN CONVERSATIONS WITH THE TEACHER, LISTENING TO THE MENTAL HEALTH ASPECTS, WE DECIDED THAT THEIR HEALTH CAME FIRST. AND WE TALKED THROUGH OPTIONS, THEIR PEERS, THIS DECISION WAS SO DIFFICULT. [00:10:22] THEIR COLLEAGUES ARE HURT, THEIR SCHOOL IS HURT, AT OUR DISTRICT IS HURT. THE WEEK AFTER THE RESIGNATION, THE TWO STUDENTS IN THE CLASS WERE SPLIT UP. NOW, THE CLASSROOM IS VACANT A TEACHER, HEAR THESE STORIES FAIRLY REGULARLY, THE LACK OF [XI.c. Student Board Member ] SUPPORT AND THE DISREGARD FOR BEHAVIOR CONCERNS IS DISTRICTWIDE, I GET THAT THERE ARE RULES AROUND TESTING, THERE ARE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH SUPPORT WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING US PEOPLE IN AND CRYING IN THEIR CARS ON THE WAY HOME. I KNOW YOU GUYS WANT TO SEE HIGHER TEST SCORES AND RIGOR, BUT KEEP IN MIND, THOSE THINGS ARE NOT GOING TO HAPPEN IF WE DISREGARD THE MOST BASIC NEEDS OF OUR TEACHERS. WE AND G THE PAST TWO WEEKS, NEARLY 25% OF ALL DISCOVERY HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS HAVE BEEN EARNING OVER 85% OF THEIR POTENTIAL CREDITS WITH OVER 30 STUDENTS EARNING 30 OR MORE CREDITS TOWARD GRADUATION. HAS HAD ABOUT THE B LEADERS AND ACTIVITIES WITH [XI.d. Board Members ] COLLECTIVE KNOWLEDGE, WHICH IS BEGINNING ACROSS CAMPUS AND OUR CONTINUED PARTNERSHIP WITH ORGANIZATIONS THAT SUPPORT STUDENTS TOWARD COLLEGE ADMISSION AND SUCCESS. GREEN ACADEMY COMPLETED THEIR HOMECOMING ACTIVITIES HAD A FUN THE COLLEGE AND CAREER REALM, COLLEGE APPLICATION WORKSHOPS HAVE OFFICIALLY STARTED TRUSTEE SUPERINTENDENT AND FOLKS FROM [00:15:45] THE DISTRICT, THE HOMECOMING THING WAS HARRY POTTER, SO IT'S GOOD TO KNOW THAT HARRY POTTER IS STILL COOL. AND THE LAST THING THAT I WANT TO SHARE IS, I HAD A CHANCE TO SOMETHING EXTRA, NOT SOMETHING IN ADDITION TO EVERYTHING THAT'S ALREADY THERE. I DON'T THINK, I KNOW I HAVEN'T HAD A CHANCE TO SAY LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR DISTRICT OFFERING THE STATE SEAL OF CIVIC ENGAGEMENT AT ALL OF >> THANK YOU, TRUSTEE MAURA. TRUSTEE HARDEN? >> I ECHO EVERYTHING TRUSTEE MORA SAYS AND I LOOK FORWARD TO THE DAY WHEN WE'RE DOING THE LAND ACKNOWLEDGMENT HERE AS WELL. THANK YEARS AGO, YOU TALK ABOUT SOMETHING THAT IS EYE-OPENING, [XI.e. Superintendent's Report ] FOR SOMEONE TO CONTROL YOU WITHOUT TAKING A SINGLE PUNCH, IT'S AN EXPERIENCE BUT I'M GRATEFUL NATOMAS HIGH SCHOOL WAS ABLE TO HOST A GREAT JUI JITSU COMPETITION, IF YOU I GET TO GO SCHOOL SITES AND ONE OF THE FIRST SCHOOLS I WENT TO WAS AMERICAN LAKES, I HAVE ANOTHER CLOVIS NATOMAS COLLECTION, ONE OF OUR NEW TEACHERS, HE'S FROM CLOVIS, AND I SAID LET'S GO FIG [00:20:27] THE CONNECTION WAS, IT WAS GREAT TO SEE HIM, AND I REMEMBER HIM AS A SIXTH GRADER, SO THAT WAS JUST SO MUCH FUN TO ME THAT HE GREW UP AND IS A TEACHER, IN AND MAKING SURE THAT THEY COULD GET IT FULLY COMPLETED TO HELP THEM IN THAT PROCESS, SO THAT WAS GREAT. I WENT BY NATOMAS PARK THIS MORNING, IT WAS GREAT TO WALK AROUND AND VISIT THE CLASSROOMS THERE, ONE GOING ON, OCTOBER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DAYS, THERE WAS A LOT GOING ON FOR OUR CERTIFICATED AND INVITA FOR ME TO ATTEND THE SAC STATE FOOTBALL GAME OCTOBER 12, SO THAT WAS MY FIRST SAC STATE GAME, MY HUSBAND AND I WENT, WE HAD A NICE TIME, AND ONE OF THE SAC STATE PLAYERS, MY HUSBAND COACHED HIM IN BASKETBALL MEETI [XII. CONSENT ITEMS ] [XIII.a. Recognition of Nick Lozito as a CSBA Golden Quill Award Winner] AND MR. GOSS WERE ABLE TO SHARE A LOT OF THE WORK THAT IS BEING DONE IN OUR DISTRICT AROUND EQUITY, AND THERE WAS A CONVERSATION FROM NATOMAS BLACK PARENTS UNITED THAT THEY WANTED TO PARTNER AND WORK THEIR WORK DEDICATION TO OUR STUDENTS, SO THAT IS MY REPORT FOR THIS EVENING. >> ALL RIGHT. MOVING TO THE NEXT ITEM, TO I'M LOOKING FOR A MOTION AND A SECOND TO APPROVE. >> SO THE AGENDA IS THE RECOGNITION OF NICK LOZITO AS A CSB A GOLDEN QUILL AWARD WINNER, YOU'RE GOING TO HEAR MORE ABOUT THIS. I'M REALLY GLAD, I'M ALWAYS TRYING TO GET NATOMAS ON THE MAP FOR PUBLIC O CF1 O [00:25:52] SCHOOLS. MR. MACEDO GRADUATED FROM SAKAMOTO DEGREE IN JOURNALISM. AFTER WORKING AT NEWSPAPERS ACROSS THE STATE AS A PRINT DESIGNER HE FOCUSED ON SPORTSWRITING AND BEGAN FREELANCING IN THE BAY AREA. LA NATOMAS BASKETBALL COACH BRIAN MCKENZIE, PRINCIPAL MARCEL BAKER WHO WAS IN ATTENDANCE, THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE THIS EVENING, AND DISTRICT ATHLETIC DIRECTOR SUZANNE BAKER AND SUBSEQUENTLY AGAIN COVERING THE NATOMAS HIGH SCHOOL IS CONTAGIOUS, I WAS GRATEFUL FOR THE COACHES, PLAYERS, AND FAMILY TO OPEN UP THEIR TEAM. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HARD WORK. I WOULD NOW LIKE TO PRESENT TO YOU THE GOLDEN QUILL CERTIFICATE, PIN, PLAQUE, TO THANK PRINCIPAL BAKER, COACH MACKENZIE, SUZANNE, FOR GIVING ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO COVER THESE TEAMS AND FOR EVERYONE WHO TAKES A PART IN PUTTING ON THESE ATHLETIC EVENTS AND LONG HOURS, I SEE COACH MELVIN ON THE FOOTBALL OF THE DAIS SO WE CAN TAKE A PHOTO WITH MR. CASTILLO, STAFF AND COMMUNITY, I'M HONORED TO ANNOUNCE THE DISTRICT RECOGNITION OF FILIPINO AMERICAN HISTORY MONTH, WHICH OCCURS DURING THE MONTH OF OCTOBER AND CELEBRATES AND AS P OF OUR STORY, HE SHARES HIS FAMILY'S JOURNEY TO NATOMAS. I LIKE TO SHARE JOSEPH, IS A JOSEPH JUNIOR OR JUST JOSEPH? >> JUST JOSEPH. >> WE ARE CELEBRATING FILIPINO AMERICAN HISTORY MONTH, WHICH IS IN OCTOBER EVERY YEAR, WHAT ARE SOME FAMILY TRADITIONS THAT HAVE HELPED SHAPE YOUR IDENTITY AS A FILIPINO THE ARMY IN WORLD WAR II AS PART OF THE FIRST FILIPINO INDUSTRY BATTALION. THAT'S HOW HE GOT, HE WAS ABLE TO COME HERE AND WE'VE BEEN HERE EVER SINCE. >> WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT THAT STORY OF >> ALL RIGHT, THAT'S JUST A LITTLE SNIPPET, YOU CAN WATCH THE EXTENDED VERSION ON OUR YOUTUBE PAGE AS WELL AS ALL THE POPULAR PODCAST APPS, INCLUDING THE APPLE AND GOOGLE STORE. IN ADDITION, TOMORROW WE WILL COLL [XIV.a. Academic Program Enrollment (AR 0100)] AGE-APPROPRIATE BOOKS FEATURING FILIPINO AUTHORS AND CHARACTERS THAT OUR FAMILIES AND SCHOOL STAFF CAN ACCESS TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THE CULTURE. LASTLY, LATER IN TONIGHT'S AGENDA, TRUSTEES WILL BE ASKED TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION THE FACT THAT [XIV.b. Equity in Excellence DEI Program update with Context Slides ] [00:35:56] THERE WAS A DESCRIPTION OF ALL OF THE PROGRAMS THAT OUR STUDENTS ARE IN, I THINK IT WAS A GREAT REMINDER FOR US AND I APPRECIATED BEING ABLE TO READ THROUGH THAT AGAIN, REMINDING ME OF EVERYTHING NATOMAS DEMOGRAPHICS, YOU SEE 6.2% ARE ENROLLED IN ADVANCED PLACEMENT CLASSES, I THINK >> APPRECIATE YOU COMING. >> THANK YOU, TRUSTEES, SUPERINTENDENT CASTILLO. WE ARE EXCITED TO CONTINUE THE CONVERSATION WE'VE BEEN HAVING PERIODICALLY AT OUR BOARD MEETINGS TO SHARE UPDATES AROUND THE WORK THAT WE ARE DOING IF N HAPPY TO INTRODUCE RENTABLE GOSS, IN A DIFFERENT ROLE, HE'S WORKING OUT OF THE DISTRICT OFFICE, THIS IS ONE OF THE POSITIONS WE WERE ABLE TO BRING AS A RESULT OF OUR EQUITY MULTIPLIER FUNDS TALK ABOUT WHAT EQUITY MEANS HERE IN NATOMAS UNIFIED, SPECIFICALLY WE ARE LOOKING AT MAKING SURE WE ARE LOOKING AT ALL, TAKING ALL, IT'S A LOT OF ROBUST THAT WAS GOING ON AS WE WERE TALKING TO THE PARENTS FIRST MEETING A MONTH AGO AND WE HAVE ANOTHER ONE COMING UP. ALL RIGHT. THIS IS PART OF OUR NEW BRANDING, AS YOU CAN SEE, WE HAVE THE OFFICE OF EXCELLENCE IN EQUITY, WE DEFINITELY WANT TO THANK YOU, THE TRUSTEES, CATCHY. MYSELF, I AM MAURICE GAUSE, I WANT TO TALK ABOUT ESTHER PEREZ WHO IS LITTLE [00:40:37] UPDATE. SO, WHEN WE COME HERE, WE HAVE OUR BEAUTIFUL TREE THAT SIGNIFIES IN SWAHILI, THIS MEANS UNITY, BUT IT SHOWS EVERYONE HANDS, HOW IT TAKES ALL OF US TO WORK TOGETHER TO SUPPORT EVERYONE, SO WE CAN THE PROGRAME OUR PROGRAMS, WHICH, A BIG PIECE OF LEARNING FOR ME, WE DO SO MUCH AS A SCHOOL DISTRICT. I WANT TO NAME THAT, THAT WAS SOMETHING THAT I'VE LEARNED A LOT MORE, AND I WAS VERY IMPRESSED, I'VE BEEN TELLING EVERYONE THAT, AND I'VE HAD A CHANCE TO MEET MR. TYSON A MERE, WE STARTED THE BLACK PROGRAM AT INTERCOM HIGH DATA PROGRESS, WE MET WITH THE PARENTS LAST NIGHT AND WE HAVE OUR DATA, HERE. THEY WERE VERY APPRECIATIVE, WE WERE VERY TRANSPARENT WITH THEM SHOWING THAT WHERE OUR DATA IS AT, THE OPPORTUNITIES THAT WE HAVE, IN HIS ROLE AS HE HAS REALLY TAKEN OWNERSHIP OF, NOT IMPLEMENTING EVERYTHING, BUT REALLY HAVING WE CATEGORIZE THINGS. IT IS GOING TO BE SOMETHING THAT EVOLVES OVER TIME, AS WE ARE BRINGING MORE RESOURCES AND SUPPORTS IN FOR OUR STUDENTS, AND THINGS LIKE OUR DATA ARE GOING TO CHANGE OVER TIME. ONE OF THE THINGS PRESENT AT PUBLIC BOARD MEETINGS, THERE ARE LOTS OF WAYS THAT WE COMMUNICATE ALL OF THE DATA. WE ARE VERY HAPPY ABOUT THE AREAS WHERE WE'VE MADE GROWTH, IN SEEING ACHIEVEMENT FOR OUR STUDENTS, WE ALSO KNOW THAT THERE IS MORE WORK TO BE DONE. BECAUSE WE PAUSE FOR A MINUTE AND CELEBRATE THE INVESTMENTS AND THE INTENTIONALITY TONIGHT, PLEASE DO NOT A DECREASE, BUT THERE'S A CALL OUT AT THE BOTTOM, SOME OF OUR STUDENTS IN SPECIAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE RATHER THAN A DIPLOMA. WHEN WE ANALYZE YEAR TO YEAR THE INCREASE IN NUMBER OF STUDENTS, YOU CAN SEE WORK THAT WE'RE DOING, SOME OF [00:45:20] THE TOOLS THAT WE'RE USING WE'VE HEARD US TALK ABOUT SPRINGBOARD, THOSE ARE THINGS AS WE BENCHMARK AND LEARN FROM OTHER FOLKS THAT ARE DOING THIS IMPORTANT WORK, THAT'S HOW WE'VE EXPECT THEM TO DO AND STRETCH GROWTH IS THEY ARE DOING MORE THAN WE ANTICIPATED FOR THAT DURATION OF TIME THAT THEY WILL HAVE ACCOMPLISHED. YOU CAN SEE FOR SEVERAL OF OUR SIGNIFICANT STUDENT GROUPS, THE TYPE OF GROWTH THAT IS HAPPENING AND WE WANT TO CELEBRATE THAT. WE ALSO TAKE THIS DATA AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM AND WE TRY TO LITERACY INTERVENTION. WHAT I THINK IS SPECIAL ABOUT THIS, THERE IS THE PARENT ENGAGEMENT PIECE THAT'S REALLY IMPORTANT, IT CAN SUPPORT STUDENTS AT HOME AS WELL AS WHAT'S HAPPENING AT SCHOOL. YOU CAN SEE THAT FOR AGAIN, AS YOU KNOW, WE HAVE OUR DISTRICT WRITING ASSESSMENT, THIS IS SOMETHING THAT WE'VE GOTTEN FEEDBACK AND WORKED THROUGH THE LAST FEW YEARS ESSENTIALLY, THERE ARE MULTIPLE POINTS IN THE YEAR WHERE STUDENTS ARE BEING GRADED TO HELP. YOU ALL HAVE THE SLIDES, THIS ALSO WILL BE PUBLIC, I'M GOING TO KEEP MOVING. THIS IS AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC AS WELL. WHEN WE LOOK, THIS IS AN AREA WHERE WE NEED TO GROW, THERE IS NO 14.6% GROWTH IN ELA AND CALLING OUT HERON FOR SOME OF THE WORK THAT THEY'RE DOING, THERE'S BEEN A LOT OF INTENTIONAL EFFORT MADE TO SUPPORT STUDENTS IDENTIFYING WHERE THEY'RE AT. AND THEN OTHER METRICS. OBVIOUSLY WITH CHRONIC ABSENTEEISM. AND THEN, OUR ATTENDANCE RATES. AGAIN, SPOTLIGHTING TOURISM RAT AGAIN, NEGATIVE IS A POSITIVE. AND LAST, BUT NOT LEAST, WE HAVE [00:50:40] BE SUCCESSFUL. YOU CAN SEE THAT THERE HAVE BEEN SOME OPPORTUNITIES WHERE THERE IS BEEN GROWTH, AND ALSO A SHOUT OUT, STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES ARE PARTICIPATING IN EXAMS, SEEING AN INCREASE IN THE PASSING AT THE DATA. SO JUST WAT TO SHOW CONTEXT TO ADD TO THE REPORT THAT YOU RECEIVED, ANY QUESTIONS? >> TRUSTEE GRANT? >> HAPPY TO SEE THE GAINS. I THINK YOU STATED IT ELOQUENTLY IN THE BEGINNING, WE SHARE OUR DATA I THINK SUSPENSION RATE BEING DOWN IN SOME OF THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS IS REALLY IMPORTANT TO SEE AS A TRUSTEE, WHERE WE CAN HAVE EARLIER INTERVENTIONS AND IMPACT THE REST OF THE STUDENTS TIME IN OUR DISTRICT, MEMBERS SIMILAR TO SEEING THE LGBT STUDENT SUPPORT WEBSITE, AS A TRUSTEE IT'S HELPFUL TO HAVE THESE COMPREHENSIVE WEBSITES, BECAUSE I CAN REMEMBER ALL OF THE DIFFERENT WORK THAT'S HAPPENING, AND THE DATA, I DON'T GO, AND I DON'T WANT THE PUBLIC TO THINK FOR A MOMENT THAT WE'RE CELEBRATING OR THINKING WE'VE GOTTEN, THIS IS GOOD. IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE WE'VE SEEN ANY IMPROVEMENT, I'M HAPPY TO KNOW THAT OUR STUDENTS WITH PROGRAM IT WAS THE FIRST, AND NOW WE'RE T K-12 DISTRICT. ONE OF THE HOPES, ONE OF THE THOUGHTS OF BECOMING A T K-12 DISTRICT IS BECAUSE WE STARTED BY IMPLEMENTING THE PROGRAMS AT SOME OF THE MOST DIVERSE SCHOOLS IN OUR UP TO, WHAT WE'VE DONE TO TRY AND INCREASE THE DIVERSITY OF THE ENROLLMENT WITHIN THAT PROGRAM, AND WHAT WORK STILL NEEDS TO BE DONE. NOT TO TAKE AWAY FROM THE POSITIVITY OF ALL OF IT. IT GOES RIGHT UP THE ALLEY. OF THE THINGS I LOOK AT WHEN I [00:55:29] SEE DATA, IS WHY? WHY IS THIS HAPPENING? WHEN I JUST SEE NUMBERS, EVEN IF THEY ARE REALLY POSITIVE, I WANT TO KNOW THE WHY. BECAUSE ONCE YOU KNOW THE WHY, THEN THAN OTHERS, AND THAT'S, THAT'S THE GREAT TIME FOR THIS CELEBRATION OF THOSE LAST ONE, I'M LOOKING AT, OKAY, THIS IS ONE OF OUR LOWER PERFORMING SCHOOLS, THAT DID BETTER THAN ONE OF OUR HIGHER PERFORMING K-8 SCHOOLS, SO I'M BEGINNING TO, WHAT'S HAPPENING HERE? I THINK SOMETIMES WHY, I THINK WHEN YOU KNOW THE WHY, YOU CAN ACCELERATE WHAT'S HAPPENING. THANK YOU. >> I WOULD ALSO INTERJECT, [XV.a. Ratify the Memorandum of Understanding with NTA Regarding IB Design Teachers Temporary Reassignment at Natomas Middle School] THAT'S ONE OF THE REASONS THAT WE'RE VERY EXCITED TO HAVE MR. GAUSE IN HIS ROLE, BECAUSE ONE OF THE WE KNOW THAT HE WILL CONTINUE TO DO. THAT WAS SOME OF THE IMPETUS BEHIND HIS ROLE, AND WITH THE EQUITY MULTIPLIER, IS TO LOOK AT ONE OF THOSE THINGS TO HELP US MOVE FORWARD? WE STILL HAVE A LOT OF WORK >> SORRY, MY MIKE'S NOT ON [XV.b. Approve Contract with Otto Construction for Portable Improvements at Natomas High School.] AGAIN. WE ARE THE FIRST ACTION ITEM, RATIFY THE MEMORANDUM MOV. [XV.c. Approve Resolution No. 24-32 Determining an Emergency Existed, Formal Bidding Waived, and Approving Contract for Fire Damage Restoration at Natomas Middle/H. Allen Hight Elementary School] ALL RIGHT, WOULD YOU PLEASE CALL THE ROLE? >> TRUSTEES? ON THIS ONE, ANYBODY? NO, OKAY, MOTION AND A [01:00:10] SECOND, LOOKING FOR A MOTION AND A SECOND ON THIS ACTION ITEM. >> SO MOVED. >> MOVED BY TRUSTEE HARDEN. >> SECOND. >> SECONDED BY TRUSTEE DOSICK, WOULD YOU CALL THE WALL, PLEASE? >> DOSICK? >> AYE. >> GRANT? >> AYE. >> HARDEN? >> AYE. >> HEREDIA? >> AYE. THIS, BUT, FOR ALL 17 P WHO MIGHT BE WATCHING THE VIDEO RIGHT NOW, THE LEGAL FIREWORKS CAUSE WE'LL GET THERE. I [XV.d. Approve Resolution No. 24-33 Designating Week of November 4-8,2024 as National School Psychology Week ] JUST LOVE FOR US TO MENTION OR TALK ABOUT HOW WE GOT HERE FOR PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW WHY THIS IS AN EMERGENCY. YOU MENTIONED THE FIREWORKS ITSELF, AND I THINK IT'S JUST GOOD FOR EVERYBODY AS WELL. ILLEGAL FIREWORKS, THAT WAS A [XV.e.
